Matt Rossetti started the company in 2002 with a simple idea: treat people the way you'd want to be treated, show up when you say you will, and actually solve the problem instead of just collecting a monthly fee.

Two decades later, that's still how we run it. Today Matt still personally handles the business, with his son Nick working alongside him. When you call Snuff Um Out, you're talking to Matt — the owner, the guy who'll quote your job, and the guy who'll show up at your door. No call centers, no rotating technicians, no upselling you on services you don't need. Just a local family business that knows the area, knows the pests, and has been doing this long enough to handle whatever you've got going on.

Most of our business is referrals. People tell their neighbors, their neighbors call us, and we treat them the same way. That's how a small local company stays around for 20+ years without a website or any advertising. We figured it was about time we put one up.
